About Me
I’ve always been passionate about numbers and how they can unlock smarter decisions for businesses. My journey began in Germany, where I carried out research at the University of Jena and tutored students in statistics and mathematics. After moving to Newcastle, I built hands-on experience with local accountancy firms before earning my professional accounting diploma with the AAT and qualifying as a licensed bookkeeper and accountant (AATQB, MAAT).
In 2025, I founded Friendly Assist Accountancy with one clear mission: to make accounting more approachable, modern, and supportive. I believe in going beyond the numbers—providing proactive advice, personalised solutions, and clear insights that help clients across the North East (and beyond) grow with confidence.
