A little bit about me
I’m Steffen Kemmerzehl, a qualified accountant, registered with the AAT
I have always been passionate about numbers. Before starting Friendly Assist Accountancy, I conducted research at the University of Jena in Germany and tutored students in statistics and mathematics. After moving to Newcastle, I gained valuable experience with local firms. I earned my diploma in professional accounting from the AAT and became a qualified and licensed bookkeeper and accountant (AATQB, MAAT).
In 2025, I established Friendly Assist Accountancy to help businesses in the North East and beyond become more tax-efficient. I seek to transform accounting by taking a proactive and personalised approach and offering valuable insights that help businesses and clients thrive and grow.
